Service Description
6 sessions. Separation anxiety doesn’t get better on its own. It grows quietly until leaving the house feels impossible. The pacing, the panic, the destruction, the constant stress every time you grab your keys. This program is designed for dogs who unravel when left alone and for owners who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck planning their lives around their dog’s fear. Over six in-home sessions, we address the real cause of separation anxiety, not just the symptoms. We rebuild your dog’s emotional regulation, teach calm independence, and change the patterns that keep anxiety looping day after day. This is not about tiring your dog out or distracting them. It’s about teaching your dog how to feel safe when you’re gone. Progress is steady, practical, and happens where the problem actually exists, in your home. If leaving your dog feels stressful, guilty, or impossible, this program gives you a clear path forward. Help is available and change is possible. Cancellation Policy
No travel fee within 15 miles of Margate; +$1/mi beyond (one way). Scheduling All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our website or by phone/text. Availability is first-come, first-served. A confirmation email/text will secure your appointment. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of $50 (or 20% of package price) is required to reserve your first session or package. The remaining balance is due at the first training session unless a payment plan is arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeit of your session or deposit. Emergencies happen—please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. No-Shows A missed session without notice counts as a completed session and is not refundable. Refunds Training packages are non-refundable once started but may be transferred to another family member or applied to different services within 90 days. Trainer & Safety Policy Safety comes first. Dogs showing aggression must be disclosed prior to booking so we can create the safest plan. Please have your dog leashed and re Availability is first-come, first-served.
