Service Description

This 6-session program is designed for dogs who lunge, bark, shut down, or lose control on leash and for owners who are exhausted by stressful walks and unpredictable reactions. We don’t just manage behavior in the moment. We fix the underlying patterns driving the reactivity. Across six structured sessions, we rebuild calm from the ground up. That includes leash handling, threshold control at doors and exits, emotional regulation around triggers, distance work and clear communication that replaces tension with trust. You’ll learn how to guide your dog through pressure instead of fighting them through it, creating calm responses even in real-world situations. This program is hands-on, practical and results-driven. Each session builds on the last so progress compounds rather than resets. By the end, walks are calmer, reactions are reduced or eliminated and you understand exactly how to maintain the behavior long term. This is not obedience for obedience’s sake. It’s emotional clarity, structure, and leadership that transforms reactivity into calm, reliable behavior.

Cancellation Policy

No travel fee within 15 miles of Margate; +$1/mi beyond (one way). Scheduling All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our website or by phone/text. Availability is first-come, first-served. A confirmation email/text will secure your appointment. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of $50 (or 20% of package price) is required to reserve your first session or package. The remaining balance is due at the first training session unless a payment plan is arranged. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeit of your session or deposit. Emergencies happen—please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. No-Shows A missed session without notice counts as a completed session and is not refundable. Refunds Training packages are non-refundable once started but may be transferred to another family member or applied to different services within 90 days. Trainer & Safety Policy Safety comes first.
